Project Art Works ran three one day workshops at Hastings College of Arts and Technology (Supportive Education Sector) during November 2001. The work was a collaboration with 12 young people who have learning disabilities, Hastings College and the De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill.

We used a multimedia approach: combining painting, drawing, video filming, DVD projections and digital imaging software. The workshops used the film 'The Wizard of Oz' to form a basis for creative engagement with different media. This also provided a link with the De La Warr Pavilion and their winter programme of pantomime and exhibitions.
The works generated through these workshops including videos, large transparencies, paintings and digital prints were shown at the De La Warr between December 01 and February 02.
